The ruling parties gained a total victory in the Philippine elections on 13th of May. Not a single senator from the opposition was elected and also in local elections the opposition candidates didn’t fare well. What explains the outcomes of the elections and how will it affect the future of the society? Our guest speaker Marlon Quesada from Manila is well informed in Philippine politics.
