You can book a meeting room by using the reservation form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In urgent cases you can also make a booking by calling us on 050 317 6690. We process bookings in the order they come in.
As a user of the space you are responsible for cleaning after yourself in the meeting room and in the kitchen, and to let us know if any equipment has been broken or lost. The user will be charged if any extra cleaning is needed after their booking or if any of Fingo’s property is deliberately broken or lost.
Using the space
As a user of the space you are responsible for surveilling Fingo’s property during your booking. When you leave the space, turn off all electrical devices and lights, and close the doors. Make sure that no outsiders are left in the space. Take your own equipment and things with you, including from the kitchen. Fingo is not responsible for any outside property left in the space. You may not use the space to store any property.
Keys and alarm system
The user of the space is given a key and a PIN code to access the space. It is your responsibility to look after them, and you must not give them to outsiders. If you do not return the key or lose it, you will be charged any expenses caused by blocking it. You must contact Fingo immediately if you lose the key. The receiver of the key must return the key by the next working day, unless agreed otherwise.
Entering and leaving
The entrance of the building is open on weekdays from 8am to 4pm. During other times you will need a key and a PIN code to enter. Show your key to the reader and dial your PIN code. After the door opens you have one minute to enter or exit. Please make sure that the door closes properly within one minute to avoid unnecessary alarms. There is an intercom at the entrance that all attendees can use to enter the building.
In order to exit Fingo’s spaces and the building, please press the green exit button on the door. If you use a door handle, you will cause an unnecessary alarm. The security camera records all people entering and exiting the building, and anyone exiting the building in an incorrect manner will have to pay the fees caused (about 140 euros).
The keys and the PIN code must not be stored together or with address details.
The rescue plan for the building can be found on the kitchen wall. Please familiarise yourself with it so that you remember the route in an emergency. You must not use an elevator in case of an emergency exit.
Breach of contract
In case the user of the space does not follow the user guidelines or Fingo has a good reason to suspect the user’s actions to be in contradiction with Fingo’s values or ways of working, Fingo can ban the user from using its spaces temporarily or indefinitely. Any decision about a ban will be made by Fingo’s management, and the user will be informed about it with a written notification. Before a decision is made, the user will have an opportunity to be consulted.
